Building Update
Phase 2 is underway! We are excited to give you a first glimpse at some of the changes going on behind the scenes. We have knocked through to our new corridor, (which can now be accessed from the back door as well as the side) and the tiles, flooring and toilet units are going in! Hats off to our builders – G Baster Building Services Ltd for their professionalism, reliability and general
good sense of humour! We are thanking God for this progress towards making our hall an accessible and welcoming hub for the community for years to come.
Fundraising
Nov 2024 Tom Elliot closed out another great year of fundraisers, with his raucous Comedy Magic Night, leaving us both amused and bemused (in a good way!) with his magical talents!
We were grateful to finish the year having raised another £31,138 towards our total, with some more donations pledged yet to come in! A massive thank you to you all. It is not just the investment of grant foundations who are making such a difference – your continued support at our events, and your generous donations, are game-changing. We thank God for all your support.
We are looking forward to more fundraisers this year – the next one being the return of our ever-popular QUIZ NIGHT! 15th March, 7:30 at Bures Community Centre – so get your thinking caps on! You can book your place (and your raffle!) via our website.
